Crumbed Seasoned Snapper with Salsa
- 4 x 125g snapper fillets
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
- 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
- canola cooking spray
- 1 cup salsa
- steamed seasonal vegetables, for serving
- Dust the snapper fillets in the flour, shake off the excess.
- Spread the fillets evenly with mayonnaise and toss in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Chill.
- Spray a fry pan with canola and fry the fish over a medium heat until cooked through and golden.
- Place the fillets onto serving plates, drizzle with salsa and vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
