Just Peachy

• 12 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
• 1 12 cups diced peaches
• 1 cup grapes
• 2 teaspoons almond extract
• 1 tablespoon apricot jam
• 14 cup chopped almonds

1. Blend all ingredients together with six ice cubes until desired consistency.
