Homemade Apple Almond Granola Bars
- 2- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
- 1/4 cups Oat Bran
- 1/4 cups Wheat Bran
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 13 cups Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 cups Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Non-fat Milk
- 1/4 cups Honey, You May Want To Add More If You Prefer Your Granola Sweeter
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Small Apple, Finely Chopped
- 23 cups Raw Almonds, Chopped

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, flax seed, oat bran, wheat bran, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar substitute, and coconut until well combined.

- Add in the milk, honey, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir until combined.

- Stir in the apples and almonds.
- 5.
- Press into pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
- 6.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars.
- Let cool completely.
