Pistachio And Cool Whip Dessert Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 stick soft butter
- 8 ounce. soft cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 4 ounce. Cold Whip
- 2 Packages pistachio instant pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Mix with knives first 3 ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.
- When cold, mix next 3 ingredients together and put on top of crust.
- Chill for 10 min.
- Whip 2 min the instant pudding and lowfat milk.
- Pour over cream cheese mix.
- Chill.
- When ready to serve, add in remaining Cold Whip to cover pudding.
- Sprinkle nuts over top lightly.
