Steakhouse Rub

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pierce meat several times with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle ingredients over meat.
  4. Pound meat with meat hammer or fist.
  5. Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  6. Grill as usual.
