oven fried green tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 each eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk(i used buttermilk
- 1 salt/pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 each firm green tomatoes,sliced 1/2 inch
- preheat oven 425
- salt and pepper tomatoes
- dredge in flour /then egg/ then bread crumbs,repeat until done
- spray pan,add some oil,then lay tomatoes in pan,cook12min.turn,then cook10 min.drain on paper towels.enjoy.
