Party Cheese Ball Made Over

  1. Beat Neufchatel and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
  2. Add peppers, onions and mustard; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Shape into ball; roll in parsley.
  5. Serve with celery and crackers.
