Guardian Angel Torte

  1. Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils.
  2. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers.
  5. Spread chocolate mixture between layers.
  6. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar.
  7. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
