Guardian Angel Torte
- 1 package instant pudding mix, chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 each angel food cake
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils.
- Cool slightly; stir in sour cream.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Split cake in 2 or 3 layers.
- Spread chocolate mixture between layers.
- Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate.
