Easy Chinese dark sauce chicken wings
- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- 1/4 cup shaoxing rice wine
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 slice ginger
- 2 tsp sugar
- 200 ml water
- 100 grams crystal sugar ( or Brown sugar)
- marinade the chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,1 tablespoon dark soy sauce ,1 tablespoon of shaoxing rice wine and 2 teaspoons of sugar.leave it 20 mins
- pour some oil on a hot pot, put 2 slices of Ginger,put the chicken wings in .use medium heat to fried both sides slighty brown.
- pour 200 ml of water inside the pot.
- pour the rest of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shaoxing rice wine and crystal sugar.
- use low heat and boil 20 mins.
