Easy Chinese dark sauce chicken wings

  1. marinade the chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,1 tablespoon dark soy sauce ,1 tablespoon of shaoxing rice wine and 2 teaspoons of sugar.leave it 20 mins
  2. pour some oil on a hot pot, put 2 slices of Ginger,put the chicken wings in .use medium heat to fried both sides slighty brown.
  3. pour 200 ml of water inside the pot.
  4. pour the rest of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shaoxing rice wine and crystal sugar.
  5. use low heat and boil 20 mins.
