Sauerkraut Loaf Recipe

  1. Drain sauerkraut and squeeze dry.
  2. Combine all except cream cheese.
  3. Line loaf pan or possibly bowl with Saran wrap and pack in tightly.
  4. Cover and refrigerateovernight.
  5. Unmold on a plate and frost with softened and beaten cream cheese.
  6. Garnish with green onion stems and cherry tomatoes.
