Mint Tisane

  1. Place 1 bunch mint and 1 bunch lemon verbena (including stems) in teapot.
  2. Pour in boiling water and allow to steep about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, if desired.
  4. Serve in small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses.
