Vegan Bean Sprouts In 5 Minutes
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup Any stock
- 1 tbsp pounded shallot and garlic garlic
- 1 cup spring onion or scallion
- 6 cup bean sprout
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 small grated carrot
- with oil fry garlic till fragrant the add stock bring it to a boil
- add bean sprout (and carrot if using) then mix well and add dash of salt
- add chili, spring onion and dash of pepper mix well off the heat
- STIR FRY BEAN SPROUTS AND RED CHILI PEPPER AND SPRING ONION
