Gobhi (Potatoes and Cauliflower)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger (recipe calls for palm ginger)
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 teaspoon chili flakes
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- Brown cumin and ginger in olive oil.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower.
- Stir.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir, reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
