Pea Salad
- 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can le seuer peas
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 14 cup pimiento
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 13 cup oil
- 14 cup vinegar
- Drain the corn, peas and beans.
- Add remaining vegetables.
- Whisk together the salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar.
- Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
