Sour Cream & Cheese Potato Salad with Bacon

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix dressing, sour cream and onions in large bowl.
  5. Add potatoes and cheese; mix lightly.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon and parsley just before serving.
