Healthy Chicken Skillet
- 2 cups chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 13 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 garlic cloves
- heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
- Once the garlic has been sizzling for a minute add the chicken (it should be diced).
- Stir occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes.
- add the soy sauce.
- stir for another minute.
- add the vegetables.
- stir occasionally for yet another minute.
- mix in the rice and turn the heat up to medium high and stir for about 3 minutes.
- serve and enjoy.
