Cherrystone Clams & Mustard Green Or Italian Rappa Recipe

  1. Place oil in pan and simmer till warm (use low flame).
  2. Dice garlic in pan and lightly saute/fry.
  3. Place scrubbed cherrystones in bottom of the pan.
  4. Place cut-up washed greens on top; cover and steam for about 45 min to 1 hour till greens are tender.
  5. Serves 4.
