Beef & Cheese Croissant

  1. Spread each half of croissant with 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce.
  2. Layer bottom half of each croissant with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices roast beef, 2 slices cheese, 3 onion rings and top half of croissant.
  3. Secure with toothpick.
