Beef & Cheese Croissant
- 4 croissants, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 (1-ounce) slices deli roast beef
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 1 (1/4-inch) slice red onion, separated into 12 rings
- Spread each half of croissant with 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce.
- Layer bottom half of each croissant with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices roast beef, 2 slices cheese, 3 onion rings and top half of croissant.
- Secure with toothpick.
