Cured Ham, Arugula, and Parmigiano-Reggiano

• 8 slices prosciutto or jambon de bayonne
• 8 large leaves of arugula
• 8 chunks Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

1. Lay out the ham, place arugula on the ham, the cheese on top of the arugula, and roll.
