Chicken With Noodles Casserole Recipe

• 1 lg. whole chicken
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. bell pepper
• 1 c. minced celery
• 1 c. minced onion
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/2 pound processed cheese
• 6 ounce. can sliced mushrooms
• 6 ounce. can stuffed olives
• 1 pkg. egg noodles or possibly spinach noodles

1. Boil chicken and debone.
2. Reserve 4 c. broth.
3. Boil chicken in lightly salted water.
4. Saute/fry seasoning, stir in cheese, add in mushrooms, then stir in chicken pcs.
5. Boil noodles in 3 c. stock till all stock is gone.
6. Add in 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
7. Mix all together and place in a 9"x13" glass casserole dish.
8. Place in oven to heat at 300 degrees before serving, one c. stock can be used to moisten mix.
