Just Peachy Hot Sauce

• 15 oz can of sliced peaches
• 6 scotch bonnet peppers
• 2 tbsp cilantro (I used local cilantro also called chadon beni)
• 1 tsp salt (to kick up flavour)
• 1 tbsp sugar (to add sweetness)
• 2 tbsp white vinegar

1. Put everything in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
2. Pour in a bottle and store in fridge.
3. Can be used as a condiment on hot dogs, hamburgers, fries etc
