Algonquin

• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 2 ounces rye
• 1 maraschino cherry or orange twist
• Ice

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rye, vermouth and pineapple juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry or orange twist.
