Algonquin
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 2 ounces rye
- 1 maraschino cherry or orange twist
- Ice
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the rye, vermouth and pineapple juice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry or orange twist.
