Mango Tango Black Bean Salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can mangoes, slices cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 (7 ounce) cancorn with bell peppers, drained
- 14 cup finely chopped onion
- 14 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon ground cumin
- Combine beans, mango, corn, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl.
- Stir in lime juice, garlic salt and cumin.
