Chicken, Berry & Mandarin Salad

  1. For each serving: Toss 1 cup (250 mL) each spinach and salad greens with 3/4 cup (175 mL) peas, 2/3 cup (150 mL) chicken, 1/2 cup (125 mL) berries, 1/4 cup (50 mL) oranges and about 2-1/2 tsp.
  2. (12 mL) nuts.
  3. Drizzle with about 2-1/2 tsp.
  4. (12 mL) vinaigrette just before serving; mix lightly.
