Pork Ribs with dry rub (oven cooked and grilled)

  1. I normally use baby back ribs but you can use country style ribs as well.
  2. Of course wash and remove the membrane from you rack...
  3. Dry well with paper towels.
  4. I usually lay out a couple sheets of wax paper to add the mustard and rub.
  5. lather the whole rack up with mustard.
  6. enough to coat entire rack.... then go ahead and mix all the seasonings together well.
  7. rub all over ribs and bake at 250F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours depending on the weight of your ribs.
  8. (my babybacks are about 3 lbs and leave them in for about 4 hrs..)
  9. once ribs are cooked to your liking add to a hot grill to get the nice grilled taste.
  10. if you don't have a grill broil for about 5-8 min on high to make them nice and crispy!
  11. !

brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic, onion, cumin, chili powder, mustard, coriander, cayanne pepper, spice, yellow mustard
