Potato Salad Extraordinaire!

  1. Cook potatoes with skin on and set aside to cool.
  2. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips.
  3. Fry lightly, drain.
  4. Mix sugar and flour, add eggs and beat to smooth paste.
  5. Slowly stir in vinegar and water.
  6. Pour into pan with bacon and cook until thickened.
  7. Cool thoroughly; add salad dressing, stirring until well blended.
  8. Peel cold potatoes and dice them into a large bowl with the hard boiled eggs chopped, celery, and onion.
  9. Add dressing, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
