Berry Napoleons

  1. Roll out each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 14x10-inch rectangle.
  2. Cut into 12 (3-inch) rounds with biscuit cutter; prick with fork.
  3. Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 10 min.
  5. or until golden brown, flattening with back of spatula after 8 min.
  6. Beat cream cheese product, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
  7. Fold in whipped topping.
  8. For each serving: Spread each of 2 pastry rounds with 1 tsp.
  9. (5 mL) cream cheese mixture.
  10. Top 1 of the rounds with 1 oz.
  11. (30 g) strawberries and 1 tsp.
  12. (5 mL) jam; cover with remaining pastry round.
  13. Top with 1/2 oz.
  14. (15 g) blackberries.
