Berry Napoleons
- 4 sheets frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup prepared whipped topping
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blackberries
- Roll out each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 14x10-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 12 (3-inch) rounds with biscuit cutter; prick with fork.
- Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 10 min.
- or until golden brown, flattening with back of spatula after 8 min.
- Beat cream cheese product, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 pastry rounds with 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) cream cheese mixture.
- Top 1 of the rounds with 1 oz.
- (30 g) strawberries and 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) jam; cover with remaining pastry round.
- Top with 1/2 oz.
- (15 g) blackberries.
