Namm Prick Mhu
- 100 grams of ground pork
- 2 roasted green paprika remove skin
- 2 roasted red thai chilies
- 2 clove of roasted garlic
- 2 roasted shallots remove skin
- 3 roasted cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of pork stock
- 1/2 tsp of pork stock powder
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
- 2/3 tsp of sugar
- 1 coriander root
- 1 tbsp of oil
- In the blender ,blended every ingredients except ruply ,except ground pork.
- Heat the oil in the pan add pork fry for 3 minutes then pour in the pan the mixture that's been blended.
- Keep stirring till get nice smell and pork is cooked
- Add stock, pork stock powder, fish sauce and sugar keep frying till every flavors are mixing through the pork.
- Served on rice and vegetables
