Doll's Festival Seafood Chirashi Sushi Cake
- 270 grams Hot cooked white rice
- 1 packages Store-bought chirashi sushi mix
- 1 as much (to taste) Assorted sashimi
- 2 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Radish sprouts
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- Mix the rice together with the chirashi sushi mix and let cool.
- Prepare the kinshi tamago.
- Julienne the shiso leaves.
- Use two long, thin pieces of plastic wrap to line the cake pan with a cross.
- Stuff in the sushi rice, cover the top with a plate, and flip it over.
- Let the sushi rice come out, then remove the plastic wrap.
- Top the rice with the kinshi tamago, shiso leaves, sashimi, and radish sprouts to finish!
