Chipped Beef & Artichokes Recipe

  1. Prepare chipped beef with flour, lowfat milk, butter and pepper.
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream and artichoke hearts.
  3. Heat till warm, don't boil.
  4. Serve over toast.
