Sparkling Champagne Punch

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold orange juice.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Just before serving, pour into punch bowl.
  5. Add cold ginger ale, cold champagne and ice cubes.
