Easy Ribs with Sriracha Barbecue Sauce
- 2 lb. pork spareribs
- 1 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. each Italian seasoning and ground black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Place ribs in single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and pepper.
- Rub spice mixture evenly onto both sides of ribs.
- Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal packet.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients and heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
- Transfer ribs to grill; brush with half the sauce mixture.
- Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
