Barb's Chicken Recipe

  1. Stir mushroom soup, lowfat milk and dry onion soup, and liquid removed mushrooms.
  2. Mix and reserve 1/2 c. of the soup mix.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Stir uncooked rice and thawed vegetables into remaining soup mix.
  5. Turn rice into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.
  6. Arrange chicken pcs on top.
  7. Pour reserved soup mix over chicken.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs.
