Coconut Macaroons
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp. allpurpose flour
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- almond
- 2 cups grated coconut
- Heat oven to 325F.Grease and lightly flour cookie sheet.In bowl beat eggs until frothy .
- Add sugar, flour, salt and extract mix well.
- Stir in coconut.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325F for 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
