Smoky Bean and Spinach Soup
- 1 12 quarts chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans
- 6 ounces Canadian bacon, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 12 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except spinach, orzo, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours, adding spinach and orzo during last 20 minutes.
