Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut potatoes into chunks.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large zip lock bag and toss to coat.
  4. Place in a single layer in a baking pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
