Tuna Ball
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can white tuna, drained
- 1 md. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Thoroughly combine first three ingredients.
- Transfer mixture onto a square of plastic wrap, form mixture into a ball and refrigerate until firm.
- Once firm, remove from plastic wrap and roll in pecans.
- At this point it can be served or placed back into the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
- Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
