Tuna Ball

  1. Thoroughly combine first three ingredients.
  2. Transfer mixture onto a square of plastic wrap, form mixture into a ball and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Once firm, remove from plastic wrap and roll in pecans.
  4. At this point it can be served or placed back into the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
  5. Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
