Speedy Shrimp Stir-Fry for Two
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
- 2 tsp. lite soy sauce
- dash crushed red pepper
- 1/2 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; toss 1 Tbsp.
- with shrimp.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Heat oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and vegetables; stir-fry 4 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in remaining dressing mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min.
- Serve over rice.
