Speedy Shrimp Stir-Fry for Two

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; toss 1 Tbsp.
  2. with shrimp.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Heat oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add shrimp and vegetables; stir-fry 4 min.
  6. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in remaining dressing mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min.
  8. Serve over rice.
