Impossible Crawfish Pie

  1. In a small skillet saute onion, garlic and celery until clear.
  2. Add crawfish, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Grease pie plate.
  5. Add crawfish mixture.
  6. Beat eggs and milk for 1 minute.
  7. Add Bisquick, beat well.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top of crawfish and pour Bisquick mixture into pie plate.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C).
  10. for 30 to 40 minutes.
  11. Cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve warm.
