LOUISIANA HOT CRAB DIP

• 2 lb jumbo lump crab meat
• 8 oz three 8ounce packages of cream cheese
• 2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 12 tbsp minced green onions (white and green part)
• 8 clove garlic (minced)
• 8 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 6 tbsp lemon juice
• 8 tsp hot sauce
• 4 tsp old bay seasoning

1. Pre-heat oven to 325
2. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well
3. You may adjust ingredients seasonings to suit your taste
4. Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown on top
5. Serve hot with a bread or crackers of your choice ... i use Italian bread loafs
