Bistro Spaetzle & Sausage
- 2-1/2 cups butter
- 2 gal. spaetzle
- 1-1/4 qt. onions, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 gal. OSCAR MAYER Precooked Pork Sausage Link, sliced
- 2-1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 cups GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- Melt butter in large saucepan.
- Add spaetzle and onions; saute until lightly browned.
- Add sausage; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Add parsley and bistro sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring continuously.
- Serve immediately.
