The Special (Grilled Cheese)

  1. Preheat your pan over medium low heat.
  2. Spread evenly and thinly about a tablespoon of butter per (2) slices of bread.
  3. Lay the bread (buttered side down) onto the preheated pan.
  4. Layer mozzarella and a tablespoon of pesto.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side up).
  6. Flip when nice and golden and repeat.
