Chicken A La Paris Recipe
- 4 med. chicken breasts or possibly 1 chicken, quartered
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can mushroom pcs, liquid removed slightly
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. sherry, not sweet
- Lay chicken, skin side up (don't brown) in a buttered baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken and sprinkle generously with paprika.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till tender.
- Serve with rice.
- This give you a nice gravy.
- Serves 4.
