Breakfast Egg Casserole Recipe
- Spray large baking pan
- 2 lbs. meat - sausage or possibly ham or possibly cooked meat (combined)
- 12 slices white bread, broken up
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 c. lowfat milk or possibly half and half
- 8 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon onion flakes
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Mix together last 4 ingredients.
- Layer bread, meat, and cheese with cheese on top.
- Pour lowfat milk over, sprinkled with a little paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 min.
- cut before reheating.
- Can be doubled for a large crowd.
