Popeye Pasta - Made in One Frying Pan
- 100 grams Pasta
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic (grated tube type is fine)
- 3 Wiener sausages (or bacon)
- 1/3 bundle Spinach
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Pepper
- Smash the garlic with a knife and mince.
- Diagonally slice the wiener sausages.
- Wash the spinach and cut into 5 cm long pieces.
- Heat olive oil in the frying pan and saute the garlic.
- Once the garlic has become fragrant, add the sausages and briskly stir-fry.
- Add the ingredients to Step 2.
- When it begins to boil, add in the broken in half pasta.
- Cook for 1 minute on medium heat while continuously stirring so that the noodles don't stick and burn.
- Cook for 1 minute less than what the pasta package says.
- Cover with a lid and let it cook with its own heat.
- While the pasta is steaming, make the omelette topping.
- Line a deep bowl with plastic wrap (this makes it easier to shape after it's cooked) and mix in the ingredients well.
- Microwave uncovered in a 600W microwave for 40 seconds.
- Take it out once and stir, then microwave again at 600W for 20 seconds.
- I recommend stopping heating it once it has become about half-cooked.
- Remove it from the microwave and fold it in half so that it resembles an omelette.
- Remove the lid from the frying pan.
- Untangle the noodles, add the spinach, and turn on the heat.
- Cook on high heat to evaporate the excess water and to cook the spinach completely.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the pasta on a plate and top with the omelette.
- Then it's done.
