Round Steak With Beer Recipe
- 3 pound round steak
- Flour, salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 10 ounce. beer
- 2 c. thin beef stock
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- Cut meat into cubes (approximately 3-3 1/2 inches).
- Dust with flour, salt and pepper.
- Brown in butter.
- Slice onion on top.
- Add in beer, stock, sugar and vinegar.
- Cook slowly 2 hrs at 300-325 degrees.
- Serves 4-5.
