Round Steak With Beer Recipe

  1. Cut meat into cubes (approximately 3-3 1/2 inches).
  2. Dust with flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Brown in butter.
  4. Slice onion on top.
  5. Add in beer, stock, sugar and vinegar.
  6. Cook slowly 2 hrs at 300-325 degrees.
  7. Serves 4-5.
