Chicken Satay

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken; pour over chicken in shallow glass dish.
  2. Stir to evenly coat chicken.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade; thread onto 12 skewers.
  6. Discard marinade.
  7. Grill chicken 4 to 5 min.
  8. on each side or until done.
