Skillet-Grilled Two-Cheese & Tomato Sandwiches

  1. Cover 6 bread slices with half the 2% Milk VELVEETA; top with tomatoes and remaining VELVEETA.
  2. Cover with remaining bread slices.
  3. Spread outsides of sandwiches with margarine; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Gently press Parmesan into margarine to secure.
  5. Cook, in batches, in skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  6. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
