Blue Cheese Dip Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. commercial lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. (4 ounce.) crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 c. grated carrot
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onion tops
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. cooked bacon pcs
- Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, and Blue cheese in container of an electric blender or possibly food processor; blend till smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigeratewell.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
- Yield: 2 1/2 c..
