Mexican Salsa Recipe
- 14 ounce. can diced tomatoes
- 2 scallion with greens, minced
- 1 tbsp. green chili peppers, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 tomato, diced (if available)
- 1 to 2 tbsp. warm sauce, if desired it warm
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- Bring to boil for 1 to 2 min.
- Simmer 5 min longer.
- Cold and chill.
- Great as dip with tortilla chips!
